About the Velsk city museum, city of Velsk, Arkhangelsk region.

The Moon has the other side which can never be seen. The Earth also has the other side - the Regions - which are very hard to see as they are always in the shadow of the Metropolis. Very few people are familiar with them, but there is a lot of controversial speculations about the regions. That is why we decided to go there and draw our own conclusions.

The movie was filmed from June, 26 to June, 30 and from July, 28 to August, 3, 2000
TV premiere was on the "Culture" channel on June, 1, 2001
